"I had a set date for my dad’s memorial service and ordered pens as favors. I was informed that I would not receive these in time and asked to cancel. My request did not get processed and a supervisor called to double my order! I was willing to double it if I could get the order expedited but was told that’s not possible. I ended up ordering from somewhere else and spending double the amount to get it processed and shipped in time for the event. I spent more money than I needed to and spent so much time and effort on the phone and online with agents than was necessary. I’m not sure I’ll make another purchase from your company again. This caused me more anxiety in my time of grief than I ever imagined. "

"I ordered flashlights. They came in as expected in good condition, working, and well-organized in their respective boxes and trays. However, it would be nice to mark the box "This Side Up" or "Open this Side". The lights are in trays. When I opened what I guessed was the top, the first tray spilled out. I do like the trays very much. My last order, from a different vendor, sent the flashlights individually boxed when I paid for the gift box, but loose otherwise. These trays are nice for display on a table in the open air markets."
