"I tried to submit this without comment, but if you want the story of why the 3 star rating, here it is. You shipped to a city and county that had nothing to do with me, and you had to re-fill the order. By the time I received the re-filled order the time in which it could be used by my client had been effectively diminished. Sorry, but you asked.
On a positive note, all the staff with whom I had interaction were polite, responsive, and diligent in their work.
The product was quality and the price (on sale) attractive.
Hope that you have worked out the shipping issues.

Like the product but the shipping was wat too high for the small package, Updated Review 10/31/24 - They responded to my review and I'm happy to report they gave me a 50% credit for the shipping costs.
