"As a regular customer, I’m fairly disappointed to receive a “discount code” that included a free gift (supposed to be a $100 gift certificate) and use that code to place an order for thousands of pens, only to never receive my “free gift”. I reached out via email for some sort of update or clarification a few days ago and have yet to hear back.
