"Months and months went by, (order placed 08/16) with phone call after phone call trying to get me to switch my product, not once did anyone say we print extra and charge you for them. But when you get the bill and complain that you are over charged and got more then you ordered. Then I am the one that should have known that is procedure. First box we have had many not even write and we just have to throw them away. Little dissapointed with the prodduct and service. Had high expectations of your company."

"Many of the front cover of our notebooks were damaged. It appears that the notebook covers were wet when they were packaged, and parts of the front cover pealed or came off. Therefore, they cannot be used for marketing. :("

"After two attempts to get my order right, I'm out of time and giving up. The first delivery had a color match problem. The pen was one shade of blue and the slitter was another. Working with customer service, they put in a second, rush order in black. When these arrived, the colors matched OK, but the engraving on the pen was left to right and on the slitter, it was right to left.
I'm happy with the quality and value of the product, but the production process has NO quality control!"
