"I placed this order on 6/14 with express 2 day shipping. Payment was immediate with PayPal. The invoice showed that it was shipped and gave me a FedEx number. It is 5 days later, FedEx has no such number on file and naturally I have received nothing. Telephone calls are not returned and emails are not answered. I am going to put in a claim with PayPal and see if I can get my money back."
"Product was defective, and when FedXed back to the address on the invoice, it was undeliverable since the company is not located at that address. Phone calls have not been returned."
