"Ordered some needed parts for my ebike after waiting a month I contacted the company. I sent several emails and called several times it took 4 days to get a response only to find out that the post office sent items back because of a problem with customs. I only was able to send a message and get a response once a day. They don’t have any parts in stock in the USA and have to be shipped from China. I was only issued a partial refund of $219.99 my purchase was for $269.97. I like the bike but god help you if you need any parts. "
"I purchased an e bike in July 2018.my throttle stopped operating .I have received nothing but the run around trying to get another one.
The phone # is not a valid one and have sent several emails with no results .
I will not buy another and make sure no one that asks me about my e bike doesn't either"
