"Don't avoid this seller. Run as fast as you can and buy from anyone else. You will a better time at the dentist as dealing with this company.

I purchase a system on March 28th. Then another on April 6th. I was charged for the last system on April 10th. I got an email saying that both systems had been invoiced and were printed out for shipping. I wrote the company after hearing nothing on the shipment. I got a reply that there was some issues getting memory at a resonable price and I recieved a notice of shipment with a tracking number shortly there after. I watched the tracking status from UPS and it said that they had recieved the electronic billing but, nothing had been picked up for almost a week. I wrote numerous times with no response. After threatening them then finally filing a case with the IFCCFBI I got an email back asking me to call them. I called the next day and talked with S.A. He said he had been in the hospital for the last week and that the person that was supposed to be handling the matter had done nothing on it. He also said that he would look into what was happening. Called him back after 4 days of hearing nothing and he said that the reson I did not get the merchandise was UPS was holding it for somw past due bills. I believe that was a lie. I called UPS and they had no record of anything like that. I left the case open with the IFCCFBI. After another call with Steve where he said that they would do better next time and this type of thing was not normal I finally got my systems on May 6th. I then closed the case with the IFCCFBI. Once I built the systems up and placed them a video card failed. I wrote S. back to see if he was serious about the service. I got a glimmer of hope when he replied that he would have one shipped immediately. I waited to get the shipping notice for a week and did not recieve one. I wrote android systems with no response. I called S. again and he said he was no longer with the company. But, he would talk to the owner and I needed to call the 800 number. I wrote for a RMA with no response. I called the 800 number and got Steve again. He said again that he needed to talk to the owner. I have not gotten and response to my RMA and quite frankly do not expect one at this point. No matter what I WILL NOT be doing any business with this company again. I have purchased another card and will get the defective one replaced by the manufactorer. So if you want to endure pain then do business with this company.

By the way, I do have all the email to back up my claim if you are interested.

"Found an awesome deal on Pricewatch for a complete system with this company. Went ahead and ordered it for a client. Here is the copy/pasted order history.

Amazingly, it took 3 days to print my order? Well, throughout the month of nothing, I emailed a couple times getting a response once saying it will ship out soon. After another week of nothing else being done with my order, I called and the guy told me they were out of the motherboard, hard drive, and cpu. He said he would upgrade all 3 of those and make sure it was sent out in the next couple of days. Sure enough, next day my status is upgraded to shipped and I'm assigned a UPS tracking number. I tracked it for a few days finding it to never be picked up for shipment. After a week of having a tracking number but the system never actually being shipped, I decide to email again and see what's going on. No reply. I then receive an email saying this:

The Company has failed ..you have been refunded

I will say this, Steve (the guy on the phone) was very friendly and seemed to be a guy I would enjoy doing business with. I saw someone else mentioned Steve and I wonder if this is a company of 1 guy trying to run this out of his home. And also, I did get the money refunded. Within a couple days even. So after a month of waiting and minimal information, I did get my money back and rather promptly. I will not do business with this guy again. He's topped out my list along with PartsPC.com

"After being assured the item was instock, I placed an over-night order for the item. I did not receive the order the following day, so I called to check the status. Turns out it wasn't shipped (which was frustrating enough considering I needed the item that day), but was going out that day and I would have it Monday. No order on Monday. I left a message. I receive an email saying the item is out of stock. I will never order from this company again and I recommend all computer component buyers to avoid this company."

"I ordered a full computer system from them on the 7th of May. It is now the 26th and I have heard NOTHING from them. The computer was suppose to be here no later than the 14th. Since then I have been calling and sending emails to no avail. Without a reply I am forced to file a claim to my creditor for fraudulent practices. I have just completed that and will NEVER order from this company again. EVER!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company!! Do NOT make the same mistake I did.

"Placed an order on 2-23.. Got email from them on 2-29 stating they could not take AMX but could ship it COD.. I said fine.. Called them on 3-11 and was told order would ship next day. Called them on 3-18 and was told order would ship next day..Got tired of runaround, CANCELED order. Nuff Said!"

"This is my 3rd purchase from Android Systems and so far they have far exceeded every other online store I have ordered from. On my first purchase, the hdd I originally ordered was on back order so they upgraded from a 20gb to a 30gb drive. The second system had the mobo upgraded to the manufacturer discontinuing the one I ordered. All of my orders have been shipped and recieved within 10 days. I have used credit cards, checks, and money orders all with no problems whatsoever."

"3/18/04
I just found out my hard drive is also missing, and the lcd screen has a damaged spot appeared to be hit by a screw driver or some sort. The new manager S.A. admitted that the laptop was shipped to me without being fixed again. He also admitted that he had lied to me that the laptop had ship the ECS for repair when I called to check the status. He claimed that he had put in the order for repair but they (someone else from their company) screwed it up, also he said that he was away for couple days, and again “they” shipped it back without being fixed for another two months. Note that they received the laptop on 12/30/03. In addition, the new manager S.A. also claimed that the company is under new management now, which he claimed that “Android Systems has nothing to do with Iosales and Advanced Vision. But the laptop and the power adapter were shipped to me with the “former manager K.B’s name” on the box in March 2004. Today, I called “the new manager S.A.”, he asked me to ship the laptop to him again (for the third time after 8 months). He made the same promised that he was gonna make sure that it everything is fixed before sending it back to me. But again he couldn’t tell me how long it will take to fixed it. By the way, he still hasn’t refund me $16 shipping fee, that he promised.

I have received my laptop for the second time, and still
not working. It appears to have the same problem that
it had as before. Basically, once again I have been
lie to by the "new manager S.A." at Android systems (also
known as Iosales.com, and Advancedvisions.com.) I am
so frustrated. I feel helpless and violated. A crime
has been commited and I am one of the hundreds of
victims. You can find some of the victims

I'm begging someone with the ability to justify the
matter (not just for me, but for the sake of the other
consumers, online stores, and for the sake of the
country) to please try to do so.

First of all please note that Android systems was known as "Advanced Vision" and "Iosales".

The new Manager S.A. asked me to send back the laptop which the "former manager K.B." sent back in the original box to me after 4 months without fixing a thing, claiming that he has test the laptop and nothing wrong with it. And this time "new manager" said there were something wrong the motherboard and he's gonna send to ECS for repair. He refused to give me a replacement. His excuse was that there were pencil marks of their phone # on the laptop. But anyway, they recieved my laptop again on 12/30/03, and the date of today is 2/26/04, They haven't fixed my laptop. I got the laptop back without an AC adapter, two weeks later they sent me an AC adapter that don't match. I can't take this crap with them any more, otherwise, I could have mental damage or something.

"Order was confirmed, and I was billed on Feb 2, 2004. After hearing nothing from them for two weeks, I get a call today saying that my order will ship out today- over two weeks from my original order date! The guy on the phone gives an excuse about company turmoil. This is an unacceptable, unprofessional excuse. Do not do business with this company."

"We are very dissapointed in this company. We ordered a computer on January 13th. We received an email that they needed the last 3 digits of the credit card. No problem..we called and gave it to them. They were very nice over the phone. We then got another email saying that they no longer had access to Windows 98 and they could either refund $40 or we could wait and get a copy when it wasn't on back order. I emailed them back and said we would supply our own OS. Two weeks later, we hadn't heard from them and called. They said they never recieved the email. The 40 dollars suddenly turned into $13. We finally got the computer last Friday...missing the processor. When we tried to call this week - the company will not answer the phone, return calls, or return emails. At this point, we have purchased another processor and just want a refund for the amount of the processor."

"Could they make that last review be any more obvious it was written by someone who works there?

This is the worst company I've dealt with yet - and I've done business with some bad ones. I ordered a $1400 laptop from Android because it had so many features and was much cheaper than the others I had looked at. I found them through Pricewatch and was a little leery of of ordering anything from them after reading the mixed reviews on the Pricewatch website. So, I decided to try and get a feel for the company by calling them. I spoke to a nice guy named Steve who answered all my questions. I called with another question later on, and he was very helpful. They seemed reasonable enough, so I went ahead and ordered anyway. Since I placed the order, they have been all but completely unreachable. They no longer answer the phone during business hours and don't return calls. When I placed the order I was told it should ship by around that Friday. Since I wasn't able to reach them by phone, I e-mailed them Friday asking if it had sent and received a one line response saying the item would ship Monday. I emailed them Monday asking for a tracking number and got no response. All the while I've been trying to reach them by phone and only get voicemail. I sent them an e-mail saying if I didn't receive an e-mail with a tracking number or at least a call back for a heads-up with the order, I would be file a complaint with my credit card company, which, at this point, looks like is going to happen. If I have anything else to add, I'll do so later. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

"Android Systems is a quality company. Their #1 goal is the customer. Every part is name brand yet at very competitive prices, on average of 30% less then retail outlets. Each employee strives to listen to the customer regardless of how long it takes. Whether it is a complete computer of just parts, everything looks as if it just came out of a clean room. Every unit is hand made and goes through extensive operational testing. They deliver mild to wild, and if need be, could build a computer better, and with more features then any Alien unit, and sell it for 30% less. If you can find this anywhere else, let me know. There is one discouraging thing, but not "bad". All shipping is via ground, so if you live on the east coast it could be up to 7 days before dilivery. Also some orders don't ship immediately, as this depends on inbound order traffic. They are such a quality company they can be swamped in orders in a heartbeat. There is 2 day and 3 day select options available for a higher price. All shipping is the true shipping cost, and there is no mark up. All orders come with an e-mail order verification, and a tracking number the moment it ships. Ordering is secure, and can be done via phone, or internet. Absolutly subpurb products and service. I shop there often!"
