"Placed order for a radio controlled hovercraft on the Monday, arrived on the Friday.

Unfortunately, the aerial on the remote control was bent :(

However, I emailed them immediately and a replacement arrived Saturday morning with an apology letter and a spase set of batteries!

Obviously, it's inevitable that problems occur from time to time. What's important is how a company responds. In this respect AndyToys cannot be faulted.
