"We've used Angi for various services and most of the time we get what we pay for: a professional is matched and they do the job they're supposed to. But occasionally we dont... we have had a massive issue getting someone to clean our roof. On the first try the professional contacted us outside Angi and asked us to cancel with Angi so they get paid the full amount... the second try the person never came and tried to lie about actually coming!! I was beside myself... how do morons and thieves like this make it into Angi???"

"This is a great way to find professionals. The HomeAdvisor calls tho border on harassment. I liked how the old Thumbtack let you hide your cell and use the app for responses. Even handing out the number to professionals is fine, but I got twice daily calls from HomeAdvisors and many emails. I finally got them to remove me and it was fine. The professionals are great tho, not sure about corporate. "

It is a moderately priced company that offers a product which, based on our recent past experience, is at least as good if not better than its higher priced competitors. We had them remove wall paper & prepare the surface to be painted; take the kitchen cabinet doors, all room doors and all floor molding to their facility to be spray painted & then reinstalled; and the remainder of a 1750 square foot condominium including all walls, window and door molding, kitchen cabinet frames, and a fireplace painted on site. This was all done quickly and efficiently within some pretty tight timeframes which William, the owner/operator, handled very graciously. Throughout the process he explained options to help us make the best and most cost effective decisions possible. He simply could not have been more accommodating to our special needs and pretty much made the impossible happen. He was absolutely lovely to work with and we feel very fortunate to have found him!!
