"Angi is great. It shows many of the services in my area, and has an very good search and rating system.
Even though Home Advisor and Angi are the same company now, the service is different. I had a difficult time on Home Advisor looking for companies. Angi was much better at providing useful search results.
Angi should merge its ratings with Home Advisor. Some companies on Home Advisor had good ratings, but I had difficulty finding them through the Home Advisor search function. Angi didn't show me any of the reviews on Home Advisor even though they're the same company.
I would've liked Angi to include the Home Advisor reviews also."

"First, an appointment was made without my consent. I only hope the message I sent through the app cancelling it went through. Then, when I tried to mark the job complete, it wouldn’t - and won’t - let me. When I tried to review the provider. It kept taking me to the one with whom Angi scheduled the appt and telling me “oops something is wrong” and not letting me rate or review the actual provider. I spent TWO HOURS in a miserable fight with the app trying to cancel the appt, rate the provider and mark the job complete. I complained to customer care but have received no response. I did receive an email from Angi asking me to please review the provider. Closest I’ve ever come to throwing my phone at the wall. I managed to do the review through the email. I will be deleting the app. I don’t know if the project shows complete or if the other plumber will be showing up at 8 Monday morning. I won’t be up to greet him. He can take it up with Angi. I’m not being mean. I don’t do things like that to ppl but enough is enough. I’ve wasted my whole day with her stupid worthless app after a wonderful stellar experience with a great provider and she doesn’t get one more minute of my life today or ever. Ugh. "
