By the time i had realized my mistake the pillow had already been shipped, so i got into cantact with customer service and told them of my dilemma. A few hours after that i received an email that said that they were gonna call the post office for me and change the address to my current address. They have fantastic customer service and i will definitely be shopping with them again!"

"After spending over $100 AUD for a dakimakura pillow cover it took 6 days to ship out and now they say it’s going to take an extra 10-12 days despite paying for speedy shipping. Don’t waste your money on this site thy blatantly lie to their customers and they aren’t ever truthful. They don’t ship from Japan look closely it’s all from China. The reviews and I mean all reviews you will ever see are either fake imported or paid for to bring customers. The fakest site I’ve ever seen and I know I’m getting my money back. Oh and don’t bother complaining in Sofia media they either delete negative reviews or ignore support inquiries unless you charge back. Garbage site."
"First of all, The team were very worried I'd given them the wrong address and made sure it was correct before sending anything. This was a little awkward, but I was thankful afterwards. When my order arrived, I was very impressed with it! The grand siberian pillow was exceptionally soft, and the custom print I asked for was clear and colourful. Definitley worth the higher asking price for a quality product, would buy from again."
"I used ADP a little over a year ago. After botched shipping the product was supposedly returned to them. After contacting them about my $300 worth of merchandise, I received an email back from someone Mariana Valdez. She repeated told me over the course of several months that as soon as my order was returned, they would be in contact. Now, approx. 16 months later, I've heard nothing. I can no longer get in contact with anyone there. They swindled me out of the money I spent with them and offered little to no helpful customer service. All in all one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I suggest you find someone else to buy your pillow from."

"I am so impressed that i'll be buying another product at ADP. I will be recommending this to all my friends! I have been through some of the anime convention but none of the stores have the designs I wanted neither the texture of the fabric is not that soft. So I tried to buy at ADP since my friends recommends me here. And it was a total BLAST! The pillow cover is totally damn soft!

But then I was so desperate to find my favorite characters because sellers in local convention does sell dakimakura but they were so limited to mainstream anime. So I thought why not give it a try. YOLO lol!

Their dakimakura is much higher quality than others. The difference is noticeable. The print quality is very nice, good color. My first dakimakura from them is 2 years old already and it still not fading. The fabric also is very nice, thick and durable.
I have also bought an Inner Pillow which is very nice, i have bought the Deluxe plus extra stuffing because i like my pillow to be huggable lol :D
