"I had made a pretty big ordered from Anime Rider of about 15-20 items about a month before December of 2013. I loved it at first, great prices, fast delivery. I had even ordered season 1 and 2 of a series and they send me both 1. I messaged them that they sent one of the wrong things and they said keep it we will send you the right one and I got it. But the closer it got to the end of the things on my ordered I started to have problems. They started to take longer to send my items and took forever to respond I had to write them constantly. It to go the point I had and still have almost 2 years later 5 items they did not send me. They still have not replied and no refund. They said at first they could not send them because they were out of stock but they would let me no when they get it and its on its way, so I was patient and stupid and waited and still not a thing. "

"Anime Rider is a scam. They fool you into thinking you are making a legitimate purchase and then they steal your money. I ordered 3 items on June 30th for $310 and received an email that my order is being processed. It is now 7/22 and I have yet to see an email saying my items shipped. All of my attempts to contact this company have failed and I doubt I will receive an refund. Take my advice, do not buy from this company!!"

"I placed an order for Christmas gifts in early December. I received one of three items with a note on the invoice stating that the rest were backordered. After waiting well beyond Christmas I attempted to contact them by mail and voice. They never responded. I asked for my money back that they so conveniently (for them) debited from my account. No response. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. No response. I called the Better Business Bureau for Los Angeles and after two months they replied that they finally contacted someone at Animerider who told them they tried to process a refund but for some reason couldn't. I again demanded a refund by check. No response. I'm calling LAPD today so see what else I can do."

Today is 1/9 and I have yet to receive this promised email. I tried repeatedly to get in contact with someone from the site but the phone number always sends you to voice mail and the emails were never responded to. I spent almost $250 and the only thing I have to show for it at this point is a headache and a credit card bill. Now today, 1/3, I get an email from them stating the order was canceled. I send an email asking why, and it was returned as spam. I called, and got a computer which transferred me to some crazy extension # with over 12 digits. If this is the customer service, I would not place an order with them again. AR.. I would not trust this site (Animerider.com) they are the same owner for Animeharu.com (you can Google about their ratings and learn of the amount of complaint and scam they have took upon their customers. (I am among one of them gotten scammed by Animeharu.com). They now operate this new site animerider.com. so be WARNED and STAY AWAY.

After doing some more research, I learned this guy have long list of bad raps, and history running different domain names in scamming your money. Once they are done with this one, another one will pop up.
