I've tried to contact them (they only communicate via email) and haven't heard anything back. I told them to cancel my order 2 other times and they refuse to reply to me (and still no refund). "Very ANGRY about CAS and other page called luxurystoreclub. I put them together because 16th october I saw a Final Fantasy VIII jacket in CAS and added in cart, but I wanted to bought it in november. 17th October I'm going to buy something in a shop and rejected my card, and when I see in my bank WHAT'S MY SURPRISE? "I ordered a single Petit Chara Sailor Moon figure. It arrived in the mailbox, on time, in a small packaging envelope. For those of you that have purchased Petit Chara singles, you'll know they come in singles boxes per character. I wasn't given the box, or even asked if I wanted it, for some reason? I thought that was very odd, since I like to keep my Packaging for proof of authenticity.
Regardless the Petit Chara figure was indeed a NEW official one, still in unopened plastic in several pieces. And it was NOT a bootleg of low quality, so that was great. The condition was great and I am happy with the figure itself.
It did not receive a flaw through packaging+shipping, but I believe this could have been by luck. In the future, I suggest they sell the boxes with the figures, even if this means increasing the shipping price.
I didn't have to get in touch with the store for any reason, so I can not give any sort of input towards the quality of their customer service. "
"TERRIBLE store, customer service, and communication! They also sell through eBay, so beware! I made a purchase from their eBay store in early September and have been trying to communicate with them since. As pet their advice, I ordered one size larger than what I normally wear since the their costumes tend to run small. When I received it, the costume turned out to be way too big! I returned it the next day asking for a size exchange. I returned the original item with a note stating an exchange as asked by Katie. They recurved it in no time, but did not notify me in regards to it all at. I contacted them via multiple emails telling them that I know they had already received the return and wanted to know when I should be expecting the new size to arrive. Took them several days to respond saying that they had shipped it out. Still Dodd not receive anything on my end. When I contacted them again asking for the tracking number, they gave me the old one basically saying that I have the package! I tried to explain their mistake and now they seem to have speed all forms of communication!
The only way to contact them if through email. The Anime Stuff Store website does not seem to be updated. The address is completely different from the one I was asked to send the costume back to and the phone number doesn't seem to be connected to a business. If it is, no one isanswering it.
If I had known I would have had to wait this long and go through all this hassle, I would have just ordered it from China!"

but they use First Class Mail.
Fraud my money(postage)!
