The policy seem to be to blame the customer at no point when i have had issue with the product where they willing to do anything about it always blaming the customer.

even when clear stated the product as waterproof (they said that means it's splash proof) they clear are misselling products and the warranty is clearly not worth paying attention to

I would warn anyone that buys from them - even thought the prices of the product look appealing (there is no come back and if it is cheap - understand if it goes wrong then you have to pay for it to go back)

"Ordered a smart phone from them took weeks to arrive with lot of different excuses. When it arrived GPS did no work, I returned it to them at my expense which cost £20 post. They have admitted receipt of the item but because I purchased via Paypal and claimed from them they will not refund. Paypal will not refund as they say the Tracking code says it still has not been delivered. Even when I sent Paypal a copy of the Ankaka email they refused to pay. Paypal has sen a email to Ankaka saying the case is closed with them and they should refund me.
After repeated request Ankaka still has not refunded me.
SO be warned: Ankaka are rip off agents, and Paypal are not as secure as they say "
