"Ordered a vacuum on Saturday and never heard from store. Tried contacting via email link and phone number but phone out of service and e-mail provides no results. Address in Manhattan is a fake. Cancelled my order on Monday but Vincent Robinson (store owner I guess) shipped it on Tuesday anyway. Refused shipment but he tried to keep my payment. Had to start a credit card dispute. DO NOT USE THE ANLIN STORE"
"I could give this 0 stars I would! I ordered from Anlin Store, Shipping took 3+ weeks and I received the wrong items. I tried calling and the number is not in service (try it!) and then emailed customer service 3x and did not receive an email back. I paid through PayPal and started a claim with them, to which they sided with me but want ME to ship the items back. I explained that the Anlin Store offered free returns and they said that PayPal cannot honor Anlin Store policy’s. DONT BUY, let my lesson be one we all learn from. "
"I ordered a child’s bike at a discounted price. I immediately received an email invoice and was told it would ship in 5-7 days. I had not rec’d it by day 11, so I tried to contact them by phone and email. 2 emails were undeliverable and the phone just rang forever. I needed the bike for my child’s birthday party, so I filed a complaint with the BBB on day 12 and purchased another bike from a dept store. On day 13, a bike (not the bike I ordered) was overnighted to me. I did receive a child’s bike on day 14. I actually liked the bike they sent me better than the bike I ordered, and that is the only reason I am not giving them 1 star. I will not be using this website ever again. "
"I ordered a kid's bike from them and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. After a week went by I tried calling the number on their website, but it is not a valid number. Also the I sent email bounced back to me. So I opened a claim through Paypal. They were somehow able to correspond with Anlin and get a valid tracking number and within a few days I actually received my bike! I was amazed. They have non-exitant customer service, but they did deliver on a good buy."
"I ordered a carpet cleaner on March 3, 2018. I never received a confirmation email or anything. So, I emailed the merchant to ensure that my order had went through. NO RESPONSE.
The next day, I went on the website and sent an email to the customer service email listed. Again, NO RESPONSE. I then called the number listed, it was a non working number. Big shock!
I let a couple days go by. I then receive an email but not from the Anlin store but from PayPal, letting me know that a payment has been made to the Anlin store. Hmm.... I thought okay, well, I will be receiving my item soon then as I had been promised it would arrive between 5 and 7 days.
Soo... March 13 rolls around. Still, NO PRODUCT. I try to send another email and DAYS go by with no response. At this point, I ask PayPal to open a case against this so called "store". A day or two go by and I receive my refund. THANK GOODNESS.
If there's one thing you get from this review, let it be this: NEVER and I repeat NEVER buy ANYTHING from this scam of a website. They WILL take your money regardless of whether you receive your item(s) or not. I can't believe the BBB hasn't shut this website down yet. It's mind boggling. I mean...they have an email that they don't respond to, a non working number and a Facebook page that isn't even real. Shouldn't this be enough to shut them down? The only good thing they have is PayPal because I was at least able to get my $250 back!!!!

"bought some whey protein and they said it would arrive in 5-7 business days, they supplied a link that updated you on the shipment process and it has not changed from the first day i bought it up until the ninth. also, i tried to contact them using both emails provided to contact Anlin Store, but one of them was a fake email, and the other has not contacted me at all. it is a very sketchy website but i got the products' tracking details on the ninth day. i bought it on february 27th, was finally notified about the shipment tracking on march 7th and received my product today, March 14th. the invoice they gave me with the product even stated that they bought my product at full price from the GNC store at around 15$ more than i paid for on Anlin store. so in conclusion, buy stuff from here, but buy it ahead of time, expecting its arrival in 15-20 days depending on if you live closer to the east coast of the USA since that is where they are situated. i live in CA so it would have arrived faster if i was closer to NY."
"Just like the other person's reviewed, shipping said... 5-7 days shipping. I received my item on day 10... no one has responded to me, phone number is not good, website says offline... and when I went to see shipping information it was never given.
Now I have also google mapped their address and it just doesn't seem real, that a retail store would work out of an expensive office building... 757 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10017
After I made my purchase all I can think is that this store is fake.
BUT I RECIEVED MY GOODS!!! What is even strange is that it shipped through Target??? It came in a Target box and had Target wrapping tape.
The website NEEDS work... especially with tracking your orders but I just got something that sells for $60 and I just paid $40 and that is the BEST price I have every seen for this product. I purchased a L.O.L. Doll, Big Surprise... these things never go on sale so I was so happy saving $20.00.
And Target itself sells it for $60 (they are the cheapest) so I don't understand how this website works but I am HAPPY... VERY HAPPY with my purchase.

I did not open the product yet because it is for a birthday present and will be opened on April 1st but it seems legit and the product does not seem damaged at all.
