"I ordered send and seal invitations and when I got them they were beautiful in the font and design but the paper was very light and flimsy I was disappointed in the feel of the paper but the design of the invitation was great so I'm in limbo as far as how to rate the invitations because the paperweight definitely was not what I expected they felt flimsy and for lack of a better word cheap. I was told that because the paper was embossed that they needed to use a lighter weight paper in order to get that design however I feel that I should have been notified by customer service to be given an option as to whether or not I wanted to place the order or to get a different design so that I could get the paper weight that I wanted. So now I'm trying to decide if I'm going to go to another company to get the quality of the invitations that I want or if this company will try to make restitution for the lack of quality in the paper."

"Michael and I are so happy with our decision to go with Ann's Bridal Bargains for our invitations. We were having the hardest time getting just what we wanted when I remembered the samples I had requested from Ann's back in August 2014. I went to the file and right there was exactly what we envisioned. I got online and personalized it. I almost could not sleep that night because I was so excited and could not wait to show Michael when he came over the next day.
