"It's not easy for independent musicians, so I try to support them, by buying directly from the artist, when possible.

Finally received my CDs about 4 weeks after the order was placed. Apparently, they were transitioning to a new fulfillment carrier due to this very issue.

Their old fulfillment carrier was not responding to emails, and I was able to reach someone through the Paypal resolution center. After a few days, I received a response explaining the delay, and the CDs arrived 3 days afterwards.

I'm satisfied, and will buy from them again when her new album is released. Thank you!
