"I was recommended by a friend to try Annke Security out as he had a decent experience buying and using one of their camera products. Unfortunately for me, I never got the chance to get that far to find out for myself. Long story short, they pulled a price switch by showing good sales prices in their Deals section only to charge the original prices when you add them to your cart.
I almost didn't realize the switch, but luckily I was planning to get more than one of the products and noticed the price total when I went to update the quantity. When I emailed them asking about these fake prices, they simply said it was a "system error" and then stopped responding to my emails. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything from them and I highly recommend that you don't either! When I went to their site again the next day, the items in the Deals section were either removed or had the prices increased by quite a bit. Really shady. "

"Wireless IP cameras are a dime a dozen now-a-days. Some are battery powered so you need to change the batteries regularly but you can place them anywhere. Others require a mains adaptor to work at all so you need access to AC power. My I61DQ Annke camera requires a power adaptor so it takes a bit of thought to install it . It can pick up a wifi signal but it is less forgiving of a weak signal than other devices I use. The firmware is basically OK but has a few glitches. I wouldn't use it for mission-critical operations but every day use is OK. The web interface and Android App are both stop-start and flakey unless you have an excellent WiFi signal, fast Internet (upload of at least 5Mbs) and reliable phone reception. The SD card seems to work OK but suffers from the same issues with signal strength for play-back."
"Having ordered a cctv camera then being told out of stock so asked for a refund on three separate occasions then being told back in stock and still asked for refund you went ahead and posted one just in a Jiffy bag no box so that leaves yo thinking is this camera new not only that you have left me the trouble and expense of having to post this item back to you.Unhappy customer."

I had the whole kit installed in about 4 hours. Just about anyone could do it. Great product and experience. "
