"I've had this service for ten months now, and I have mixed feelings about it...mostly not so good. It is quite unreliable and goes out at least once a day, often for hours or overnight. Emails to support are little more than typing practice.
The idea is good, and when it works, this service is excellent, although some secure sites will not work with it (banks, other online login services). That part of it is OK. It's that it fails (Error code 692) way to often. I've turned off auto-renew and will find an alternative between now and the April expiration date."
