"I have owned this unit for over 5 years now and there have been no issues that were not easily and quickly resolved.
The unit came via UPS with the rotor control unit damaged. An email resulted in a new rotor control at my home on the 4th day after I sent the email. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The amplified antenna works very well in my deep fringe area. I could see more than 100 channels before even playing with the orientation.
AntennaHub's online store seems to be gone, hopefully it is just a temporary situation."
"I had a Spectrum9 antenna but a storm disabled it. I ordered a Spectrum713. The rotor worked once for about 15 degrees and quit. I opened my Spectrum9 and repaired the rotor, reinstalled it and the Spectrum713 was no longer needed so I returned it for a refund. I received a response initially that the refund would be made but it never happened. I recently attempted to contact them again with no reply.
So far I am out the cost of the antenna and the cost of return shipping. "
"I ordered an antenna in May from Antenna Hub. I never received it nor they respond to my phone calls or email. This is not a place to do business."
"THIS COMPANY HAS POOR BUSINESS PRACTICSES!! I have called them 3 times . The first time, after the product was returned , they told me the amount would be credited to my credit card. It never happened. And twice they told me my info was purged and they would send out a check. It has been 2 months after they received the returned product and still no check or credit on my card.

"Anybody who buys from this company is going to have problems. The Antenna didn't work and after e-mailing support three times they finally responded with "after scanning what do you see?" I responded within five minutes and finally one week later they asked my zip code to check towers. When there was no answer again within five days I called and after my fourth attempt got thru and received the return authorization number. They said it would take 1-2 weeks to receive the refund (yes, minus a 10% restocking fee for a defective price of merchandise. Why are they restocking it?). After the third week I e-mailed them that it was well past the two week period and was going to contact my credit card company if I didn't get the refund. Five days later I received the credit. "
"My suggestion, do not buy from this company, I purchased an antenna for my daughter for xmas, it did not work, I returned it at my expense after it took two months to get a return authorization, then it took then 4 mths to return my money, $50.00 short, they claim I was late returning it, plus a restocking fee, a RIP OFF, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT WILL BE A BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"RIP OFF ALERT!!!!! Do not do business with this company! i purchased hundreds of dollars of merchandise and they sent me an empty box! OK I understand mistakes happen. I'll just call them and resolve this issue b/c they probably just sealed the box without the merchandise in it right?? ohhhhhhhh nooooooooo....I was told they have NEVER made a mistake so it is impossible that my box was empty. Not only did they not mess up they said, and I quote, "IT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM" I spoke to one MANAGER that laughed about the situation. They have no idea how to run a reputable business. STAY AWAY FROM ANTENNA HUB ANTENNA PROS WHOLESALE LED THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF......Please....do yourself a favor and do not give them your money because you will end up in my situation...I now am the proud owner of a $300 box. I have reported these shady people and their sorry excuse of a business to the BBB and also filed an investigation to the USPS for mail fraud."
"i purcheased the sp 9 antenna upon receiveing it the rotor did not work. they replaced it with another antenna that worked for about two months then the rotor quit working . i called them they said the anntena had been discontinued and i could buy another antenna yeah like im going to buy another one after this no thank you. i would recomened not purchaseing from this shady company"
"Spectrum 3 Did not pick up cbs or fox, vhf or hi-v channels.Came from AntennaHub who made me pay $15 to send it back. they sold me a spectrum 813 that I had to wait a mth to get and it will not get any channels, now they want me to pay to send it back. NO customer service and I was told 3 times / 3 days that Co Chuc the supervisor would call me back, HE NEVER CALLED."
"Some of the worst business practices I've seen. Accepted my money but failed to let me know about back order of their product. They never replied to my emails and seemed unconcerned about my complaints. They promised me calls to respond to my questions which were never received. Their rep, Lexi, offered discounts for my trouble but rescinded this in my final call to them. I operate a small business and would fire employees for such practices! Boo!"

"Installed the SP9 Antenna quite easily, had a problem with the remote for the rotor but the switches on the box worked just fine...company is sending me a new remote other than that the antenna works just great, I'm receiving all the channels that are available here in the Rio Grande Valley. I'm very pleased."
