"I had Gotten a hydra facial as a gift and booked an appointment. The receptionist didn’t ask me to fill out any forms til before the appointment. I wrote that I’m taking a medication for acne that’s like accutane. the technician obviously didn’t read my form because as she came to talk to me just as I was getting ready for my facial she wasn’t aware of my medication when I told her about my skin type and the effects of my acne medication. When she heard from me about my medication she said I cannot have that specific type of facial due to my medication and offered a regular facial. This to me This wasn’t professional service and important information about medication should be talked about before booking the specific facial. however i did appreciate that my technician gave me the option of a regular facial. The facial felt nice and relaxing but the music wasn’t great. I would have suggested spa relaxation music to have a more relaxing experience. "

"Love Dr.Frame ... was a little disappointed that without discussion or a heads up an alternate product - xeomin was used. I was always under the impression that botox was used as I was pleased with the results. Only found out when I looked at my bill and the product was listed. Did not think I had to specifically request to continue treatment as i have for the last few years. Will certainly request botox not an alternate manufacturer as I have been having what I think “botox headaches” since treatment."
