"Had some variants of the standard tubes needed for my guitar amp. Prices were reasonable and standard shipping, the the US only took 5 days, including a weekend. Did not have to deal with customer service."

"To be fair their products are good quality and exactly as described. That's where the good ends. Their customer support needs a lot of help. I ordered three items from them and when I was checking out they had an option for multiple shipping options. I choose to pay a little extra for 4 day shipping as I was in a crunch to get my guitar repaired. Well after 5 days it still never showed. It finally arrived 8 business days later. including the weekends that amounts to 2 weeks. After contacting them they said they have no control over that and that is just how it is now adays. Well I also ordered items from Amazon, Guitar Center and Guitar Fetish. They all arrived in the time frame they said it would. While I know once it is shipped they cannot do anything to speed up delivery but they could apologize and refund the difference I paid them for 4 day shipping, a measly $10 extra. This is a principle thing and when ordering items from an online company the only thing you have is trust. Well that did not show any with me. They did email me and responded in a timely fashion but every time just saying basically to bad not our problem. There other places to order parts from on the internet and that is exactly what I will do from now on."
