I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect item. MY mistake. And yet the service and attitude towards me was like I was the best customer they've ever had!
Chris was engaging and went out of his way to be helpful with tracking down an out of stock item, to helping me return my mistake, to setting up my new order and finding me the best situation for my needs.
This review sounds like I know Chris...I don't, but that's the thing...he made me feel like an friend, and helped me like I was one.

The pens are good-looking, but seem to be a little fragile, and I wish the branding took up more of the available space on the pen.
