I placed a new order with Akira R. in customer service who worked, whilst on the phone with me, to make sure the proof was emailed to me, approved, and order rushed to print and for delivery so I could receive my purchase in time for the event. "So, let me start by saying that I placed a new order with this company, for canvas bags. Somehow, by my personal mistake, I thought I was purchasing canvas cotton totes, but purchased a cheaper quality tote for my client by mistake. When the client received the incorrect bags, they informed me and I started a return/replacement of the job with Leslie at Any Promo. She took care of me, dispatched a return label for my client to print out and tape to their incorrect bags to return. Upon return, AnyPromo was able to give me a credit and re-produce the bags for me at no cost, but only reducing the total quantity. This was amazing to me. I've never had anyone work so hard to go above and beyond for me to make sure they got things correct. Between me realizing that I'd made a mistake, and getting the issue resolved, I must have had at least 20 or so emails with customer support, who every time were extremely prompt. It actually was impressive. They were on top of things so much that as soon as any development happened in the correction process, they let me know. I haven't had this experience with any other online promo company, and they've earned my respect and business from here on out.
