"I wanted to report that I am very disappointed with my recent order for aprons. Nearly two weeks after my aprons were expected to arrive, I was contacted via email and told that the color I had requested wasn't available and asked me to choose a different color. I needed the red that I had ordered, so I went back and forth about other options. I asked when he expected the aprons to be restocked and was told he had no way of knowing when it would be available again. I asked to switch to a different brand to get the right color. No response for a day and then suddenly, they found the right color in the warehouse. I asked for the job to be rushed since it was already nearly 3 weeks later than was projected. He told me, "I could put the request but I cannot make any promises. It looks like we might still need a 15 day production time for the aprons. We will try to do our best to rush it." At that point I decided to cancel the business and asked for confirmation. No response, but I verified today on their website that the order was cancelled. This is the first time I have used AnyPromo and I placed three orders at the same time. The first to arrive was the color changing cups which were disappointing in how little the color changes. The second was mugs, which turned out fine, but were a little late and the third were these aprons. I do a fair amount of work with vendors and I have to say, this has been a very disappointing experience. I will not be using AnyPromo in the future."

4/17/15 was notified via email that item was out of stock for three months
4/17/15 cancelled order via email
4/20/15 email confirmation that refund was being issued
5/18/15 received my credit card bill and saw the charge for product I never got and they never had
5/18/15 emailed and called AnyPromo to get refund processed - no response, full voicemail boxes
5/27/15 gave up on my customer service rep and called general number. Spoke to a manager who assured me the refund would be processed immediately
6/16/15 three weeks later and still no refund
6/16/15 called AGAIN and spoke to Rosa Martin and was assured my refund was being processed immediately, while I was on the phone

I realize my response is late and I will confess that it is due to the fact that I am preparing to review my budget for this year and was searching my emails and stumbled upon the resellerratings request. so the service was soooooo good, that 7 months later I'm still happy and going back to them again. "I ordered my items on 4/27 and paid extra for 15-day service. I received all the initial eMails, proof approval, etc. On these eMails I was told the product would ship 5/18-5/19 for a delivery of 5/21-5/22. Today (5/22) I contacted AnyPromo via their "Live Chat" feature as I'd not received any other eMails concerning delivery. The person checked with my rep and the production facility and was told that my items had been put on hold. They could get them out on 5/29 with a delivery of 6/2. Note that I'd not received ANY notice from them at this time, I had to reach out to THEM to find this out.
I told them to cancel the order (as it hadn't even been printed) and refund me immediately.
This was an order for 256 custom printed mugs for approx. $1200.00
First time customer... and LAST time customer."
