"Convention bags came in with logos that were either illegible or missing portions. I reached out to them and I said I would work with them to rectify the issue, but that this would never do. I could not give out bags with partial or illegible logos. I've ordered many times from other promo companies, and I'm familiar with how things should look. The overall printing quality from AnyPromo was horrendous.
The bags I ordered were needed for an event on 9/22, but I needed them in hand by the 15th (17th at the latest) so my team could stuff/organize them.
On 8/19/2022, a customer service ticket was created by AnyPromo about the issue.
On the morning of 8/22/2022, they reached out and wanted pictures of the bags. I sent them within the hour. I also offered to modify the logos to better accommodate their printers if necessary. The representative asked me to do that so she could send it to the warehouse to see if that worked better. The updated logo was sent at 3pm that day. The logos that were missing portions were never mentioned in the reply.
On 8/25/2022, I hadn't heard back so I followed up. They replied, saying the logo might be too dark and to send a brighter one. I reminded them I already did that but sent it along again. There was still no mention of the logos that were missing portions.
On 8/31/2022, I had to follow up again on the status because I hadn't heard back.
On 9/1/1022, the reply was "...not be able to meet your date needing these by as the production time needed is about 10 business days."
If they had addressed the issue right from the beginning (especially knowing my deadline), there would have been time for production. I feel like I was strung along just so they could use that as an excuse. Now I am stuck with convention bags that are illegible and missing portions of logos paid for by sponsors. It's embarrassing and negatively impacts my reputation. DO NOT use this company. The printing quality is absolutely terrible."
