"In hindsight, I should have called about my inquiries instead of used the chat feature. As with texting, the odds of miscommunication and misunderstanding are greater. I mention this because I had a bad experience communicating with your company via the instant chat. I felt I was given incorrect information, inconsistent information (I chatted three separate times), and given false promises. However, some of this could be related to using instant chat, where I couldn't expound. All chats were within a few days of each other and the woman (Amanda) had no recollection of our previous chats. That was frustrating, forcing me to start over each time. And I received different responses each time...not to mention a lot of time passing between getting a response. It made me wonder if your chat people are multi-tasking while they are chatting with customers, thus contributing to their short memory. With all of that said, I now realize the chat feature should be for quick questions or concerns but not for situations where a "conversation" needs to take place. I'll own that part. I also missed the fine print that my logo for the bandana was not going to be in color. Had that information been more obvious, I probably wouldn't have ordered from you. I was too far in the process by the time I found out."
