"STAY AWAY from this wretched company.

I ordered a Rawlings Silverback 1B mitt. The problem is that I ordered it from the website anythingxtreme.com. Stay away from it.

Placed my order on Saturday, Jan19. Was emailed on Monday, Jan21 by a guy named Jason Redmon informing me that my glove and Tanners jumbo bands were on backorder. He said to email if I had not received my shipment confirmation within a week. I sent him one quick email asking about a timeframe, and he said that it shouldn't be anymore than 1-2 weeks. Haven't heard from him since.

I waited a week and emailed on Monday, Jan28. Waited two more days and emailed him again (Wed, Jan30) after no response from Mr. Redmon. Waited two more days and emailed the help desk on the website on Friday, Feb1. No response. So I called Mr. Redmon's extention this morning (Mon, Feb4) and left a message, including my cell number...again, no response. Not only that, I tried to connect with an operator...no luck. The billing department voice mail was "full" and could take no more phone calls. The paintball guy apparently wasn't in the office either. UGH!!!!

I'm quite frustrated. If this is a professional company, then why have three emails and a phone call gone unreturned? Considering I placed my order 16 days ago, I don't feel a bit unreasonable by this. If they can't value me as a customer, then I want a refund, which I demanded about 15 minutes ago after again getting no one on the phone.

My biggest fear is that I just got ripped off by a fraudulent online company. Sure looked legit, but I guess that's the point.

"Quite possibly the WORST internet paintball company I've ever dealt with. I ordered two sets of Empire Grips from them on the 19th of November 2007. I received an email on the 20th saying they were backordered and that they would be shipped soon. After a month I emailed them inquiring about the delay. After a few days, they responded saying their shipment from Kee/Empire should be in later that week. Again, no items arrived.

I started emailing them about the status in Mid-January of 2008 (mroe than 60 days after ordering) and received no replies. Eventually I sent several emails asking for a refund of my money, which was paid through paypal. After more than a half dozen emails I received a reply saying that they would refund my money and it would take 3-7 days.

12 days later, I still don't have a refund and they're AGAIN refusing to reply to my inquiries as to the status of my refund. Refuse to deal with these guys. Their business practices are clearly suspect (at best) and at this point border on the verge of fraudulent.

"I placed my purchase on their site on June 4th and some of the shipment were shipped on the 6th. Perfectly acceptable speed, and they told me the backordered items (a neckguard and a bottomline) would ship next week, "Great" I thought, even though they never told me throughout the ordering process that those items were on backorder (Their site still have them listed as in stock).

2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my products and I email them again and they promised me next week. Sounds fishy. Then the week after that I had enough, I emailed them asking them to replace my items with other equivalent products. They promised me to replace my neckguard with a better product than I ordered and said they'll ship it once the bottomline becomes in stock again.

After another week, they finally shipped it, and not with the better product they promised. It is now more than a month since I first placed my order and they just shipped it. Avoid this company, their site's claims of fast shipping and excellent customer service are all BS.

"Avoid this company like the plaque. Tried ordering twice from them - they claim to have speedy shipping and great customer service. Well on my first order it took them over 3 weeks to get me my items. I emailed them they responded but were very rude. On my second order I had to fight to get my money back. Avoid these people unless you want trouble."

"Web site makes many claims about fast order shipping, great customer service, notifying you of backorders, responding to web form email in short time. HOWEVER: Order shipped late, no communications of any type other than original order confirmation. Did not respond to any of my web email inquiries. Phone line goes busy or unanswered. Order arrived missing 4 items, all on back order. They charged my credit card for the full amount on the day I placed order, not just for items that were shipped, which is standard industry practice except for special orders. This is one of the worst internet experiences ever and I buy a ton of stuff on the internet. This is a prime example of a store front that promised price, performance and customer service. A total lie in my opinion and experience."
