"they were unable to send me a e-mail confirming my order. i called them to find out if they had gotten my order,they said they had. still no e-mail. i called a couple of days later and was told they were shipping it.the day i received it i was not home.had i been home i would not have accepted it. the box with the two batteries in was bottom up . the tape was torn and the bottom could not have held the batteries . the tape on the box was not the type of reinforced tape needed for the weight of this package.the box it self looked like it had sat in a whare house for many year. on one battery the hole in post to hook up the power line was way too small to get a bolt thru it. in order to make it work i had to take a drill moter and drill bit to get the right size hole for the hook up. i do not believe the delivery people were at fault for the condition of this box!"
