"Missed out on a motorcycle trip due to receiving wrong battery at first, a online representative took down my information, gave me a link for the battery. Then tried to contact company to get information on return and getting correct battery ordered, sat on phone lines from 1530hrs PST till 1700hrs listening to a recording always telling me they were open and I was #1 in que then on forth listening of that pre-recorded message was dropped into a voicemail box then line was disconnected, this happened several times until at 1700 the message changed to " sorry we are now closed, leave a message and we will return your call". The odd thing is the website and personnel confirmed closing hours of 1800hrs PST. Left two messages in voice mail not one was ever returned. Finally after looking up the battery myself since all employees I spoke to said the original battery they sent me was the one that should of fit and being told that in some cases it was needed to turn or flip the battery to fit, as if some how looking at the battery well or my own intelligence couldn't figure out how to install the battery I found the correct battery and ordered it, and resent the battery back which I have confirmed was received back at Apex on Feb. 03 as of which I have not had my money from the first battery refunded. The product I'm happy with as I was with the first battery I purchased back in 07' but sadly to say after this experience I will be looking else where to purchase future batteries."
