"The Battery product I purchased was not as specified on their web site. The batteries did not have the terminals I ordered. When I questioned them they provided an adapter for the battery terminals for the product they shipped ( one adapter failed on installation). This specification change will necessitate a change in design of my product as their "Fix" is not acceptable to me, let alone my customers. I will not be ordering from them again."

"Got the battery I needed, and it works fine. For some reason, APEX took longer than expected to deliver, but that's because they cancelled my order, and then had to re-initiate it.
