After two weeks they had not been shipped and I called customer service, who said the order was still being processed but would be complete soon. After two more weeks, they had still not been shipped. I called customer service again, and it turns out the batteries were actually out of stock and backordered, and I was not informed of this at any point! Over a month later, they are sending me an alternative battery, but this should have happened when I initially placed the order!"
