" I was searching for a UB 12550 battery when I happened upon Apex. They seemed to be the only ones that had this type of battery at a decent price. After a discussion with the sales person and telling them of the problem I was having with the UB 12550 batteries short life span, they did some research and found that they had a battery that would be able to replace mine at a better price, ( and with a better warranty ).
When you have someone that depends on their wheel-chair for mobility, Apex deliveries a battery that is very dependable. I would highly recommend any of their batteries to anyone that is looking for a long life battery.
Apex I thank you very much for your help, the individual is now very happy that they are able to do things that they couldn't with the UB 12550 without losing the charge. they travel around for about two & a half days on a single charge. This includes back and forth to the store, which is about 10 blocks from the house.It makes them very happy to know that they don't have to be totally dependent on others just to do simple things on their own.
I could keep going on about the things they are able to do now, but it simply comes down to this.... If you need a dependable battery give APEX a look-see, I do believe you will be quite satisfied.
