"Recently I purchased 2 batteries and that part of the process was quick & easy. They shipped the product when they promised and I thought I was done.

However 3 weeks later one (1) of the 2 batteries began to fail. Having already recycled my old batteries, this RMA process is extremely painful. Fingers crossed the replacement battery comes quickly. I also hope the both batteries live longer than 3 weeks.
