"I had to call several times to get a followup on my order. Each time the person was very friendly. Web site said 24hr turn around yet my order took at least 3 days to ship. For a company that has been in business this long I figured they might have automated their web site. But they seem to have to manually enter all the tracking data by hand. I did get my batteries and they do work but one battery had a deep scratch because there was no packing material at all in the box. I don't have experience with how other companies ship batteries so this might be normal. I did like their prices, and once the batteries were shipped they did arrive in a couple of days. One note of where they did well, was when I called to find out why my order didn't ship yet after several days, they let me change my order which I felt was good customer service. I plan on considering them again when I need more batteries."
