They charged my account and have 0 record of it , no order number to provide here as the sales dept can't even see an order.. currently trying to get money back, since I don't feel like waiting days for an outcome just so my stuff can arrive late.. Absolutely trash.. I paid Paypal and they managed to take my money and not place the order , how?.. I have now wasted 2 days and now soon the weekend with no help.. This is from their first email to me, about this problem "My apologies for your troubles. Can you please send us details on the order so I can see what is going on please? I don’t see any order under your email or name but it does sound like you placed an order. Every once in awhile when orders are placed with Paypal they don’t show up on our end.".. They know this is an issue and yet are not able to refund the money in a timely manor.. I had to purchase elsewhere and have to wait for the nearly 150$ to be returned... AVOID AT ALL COSTS I even told them that since all I had was time to wait that I would post this review on every site I could as a warning to others.. "
