"As in frustrated. I'm not about to order anything without knowing the shipping charges. As per the guidance I entered my shipping address but could not get the charges to come up. So I entered all the personal information. Still no shipping charges. SO I then had to add a password and make an account. Still no charges. Somehow I got out the page and to get back in I had to verify my password. Finally I got the shipping charges and found them to be acceptable so I placed the order. What should have take 5 minutes has take 25. Let me know the shipping charges then I can decide if I want to go through the process of creating an account. I can type faster if I know there some resolution to my issue at the end."
