"Purchasing went fine until the mistake with the Discount Code. A simple space in the discount code turned my smile upside down.
I recommend you make your system more flexible/tolerant. A simple space shouldn't be able to threaten the success of a sale.

Unfortunately, UPS screwed up in delivery
UPS told me to expect the battery on Friday, and I sure did!
It didn't arrive on Friday, and nobody gave me an honest excuse.

They made up a story about attempting to deliver but found that 'the business was closed', when there was no 'business', just my house with me in it, waiting.
UPS never came clean, but did deliver today, Saturday 11/13.
I'm wondering what really happened.

Because of the poor way UPS handled things
I'd recommend doing business with some other delivery service, like DHL or Fed X.

I hate being told to expect something on a specific day, only to be disappointed.
