"I realized today that I had ordered the wrong battery yesterday. I called the sales department and spoke with Kristen. While on the phone with Kristen, I received an email stating the order had shipped!
Kristen went out of her way to get my number and call the point of origin to cancel the shipment just as UPS was LOADING the order! Afterward, Kristen called me back to let me know she had stopped the order and issued a refund.
Now that I've ordered the correct battery, I can say that with customer service like that, I will continue to buy my batteries from Apex and refer my friends there, too."
