"My experience is similar to others. I did not want to use e-gold because of the non-reversible nature of the transaction and the "exchange rate" which adds a hidden charge to the cost of the item. It appears this is why the prices are so low, they make it up on the transaction fees you pay for e-gold. If the exchange rate between dollars and e-gold is .094 (today's rate) you are paying a 6% premium over and above the quoted price. For a $1000 purchase, there is a hidden charge of $60.

This almost feels like a phishing site since there is little or no contact except via the single confirmation e-mail. Repeated phone calls have not been returned."

I requested a link to there payment site and they sent me "http://www.apexgalaxy.com/payments.php". This site only accepts E-gold. E-gold has a non-reversible transaction policy. I asked to use a credit card that I did not trust E-gold. But received no response."
