"Apex Suppliers is mostly a drop shipper & doesn't have much physical product in their warehouse. They list thousands of products & when someone orders an item from them they order it from a company that really does have the item in stock & has that company drop ship it to their customer. They use various other names to order from other companies so it's hard to get caught at their drop -shipping game. One of the recent names is "P.J. Corp."
If you read their feedback on the internet & on Amazon you'll find many people that have gotten the wrong order & many others that have had very bad experiences with Apex suppliers.
They purchased an item from me and had it shipped to their customer, but directed me not to put a packing slip in the package. When their customer got their order it wasn't what they thought they were ordering with Apex Suppliers. Apex under the name of P.J. Corp. contacted me stating that I shipped them the wrong item, but I shipped them exactly what they ordered. They ordered a phone system with answering system & that's what I sent. They tried to tell me that it didn't have the answering system and wanted to return it. I told them it indeed had an answering system and that I didn't understand the issue. Then they said there was no issue but wanted to return it. When I told them that I still didn't see the issue, they left me a negative feedback (Which was the first & only one as we work hard at keeping 100%).
In summation, Apex is a hit and miss drop-shipper. Please be cautious when dealing with them. I will never do business with Apex suppliers again!"
"They shipped a bad DVDR/VCR combo; first it took two weeks of emailing with them to get them to send me a return label and they made excuses the whole time; when it finally came and I sent it back another week passed. Still no word or refund. They never respond, and the only action i get is when i initiate from mt end.I shipped the defective player back over a week ago; when will my refund be processed? This is taking incrtedibly longer than it should. I complained about it the day after delivery--they're not only slow to respond but full of excuses about the long delays. They fail to maintain any kind of communication from their end. It is always I who have to initiate communication after long periods of nothing happening. It confirms my initial thoughts that it would be a mistake to go the route of "replacement" or to continue to do business with them. I have no faith at all in their company, products, or customer service. In the end it looks like all they are is a bottom line distributor with little or no interest in the customers they serve. They should change their name: Apex means highest point, and they're surely nowhere near that."

"Horrible store, I ordered a LCD monitor from them (the web site said item was in stock) and they mailed me a similar cheaper monitor hoping that I would not notice.
There is no way to contact them by phone, when you call their customer service you find out that it is just a message service and a fax line!
Their shipping is also bad the product was protected by just paper on only one of the 6 sides, plus there was no packing list of any kind included :(
there was no tracking number or e-mail notification of when order was shipped.
