"This company is ok for quality of books but my experience is delivery is flaky and customer service could be better.
They split my simple order into shipments saying that they do it for safety because of people's letter box sizes. The first shipment arrived quickly but then I had to chase every few days to get part 2, then again to get part 3. All were bigger than my letterbox, so that was baloney. Part 4 never arrived and they eventually had to refund 25% of my order. I wish they had been honest and said they hadn't got enough stock."

Even with the postage(included in the price), the AH prices are lower than other internet bookstores. Shipment is very prompt, books allways arrived within one week from placing order.
