"I purchased one musical instrument, a blue mandolin and book.
Received scratched front and back, looked used, sloppy and runny paint on it, no paint in some spots where there should be, not good quality, strings won't stay taught and/or tuned.

They will not reply to any of my 15 e-mails to customer service or the sales dept., and 3 phone messages left on voice mail. Their voicemail box is almost always full and usually won't take a message.
Waited over 3 weeks to get this damaged item, waited over 4 more weeks for a reply to my return request….no reply yet....

Crappy and cheap instrument, long wait for nothing, NO customer service for a supposedly guaranteed return!!! Can’t return it with no response from them, can’t get a refund.
They just ignore you, no e-mails and no call backs.
Do not buy from this company! Do not get ripped off like I did.
I was a repeat customer from 2002, but NEVER again will I buy from this company. They have changed!
