"I ordered a 30 pound container of babassu oil almost 3 months ago, still haven't received it still haven't received any email or phone call or update about the order. I emailed them once they said that they would get back to me, never heard from them...I even called and a lady told me she would look into it , never heard from her again and when I initially placed the order they took my money and said that it would only take about a week or two before I received the order, again...it's been almost 3 months later and I haven't received my order or a phone call or email or anyting about the update of this order. I thought this company was a good one but they are the WORST! customer service is absolutely the worst, at this point I don't even know what to expect, I don't even know if I'll be getting the product that I ordered or some watered down version. From reading all the other reviews it looks like this company it's on its way out! #badforbusiness "
