The director however has poor communication skills and does not share information in a clear, timely, or accurate manner. Additionally, the cost of the program is very high and not transparent in regard to price increases or clear pricing for each classroom."

The teachers and staff, even those who don’t directly work in his room, greet him by name and seem to know him. "My child is in the great starts preschool program so a lot of the questions regarding the center do not apply to me. One thing I have a huge issue with is the food choices. At the beginning of the school year when I was finding out what this center feeds the kids I was disgusted and shocked. I wouldn't even want to eat that stuff as a parent. I see the breakfast the kids are being served when I drop off my child in the morning. One morning they were serving chopped tomatoes and sliced bread. Any time pancakes, english muffins, etc. are served there is no condiments (butter, jam, honey, syrup) provided. My child rarely eats at school due to the options provided. They are not kid friendly choices. I absolutely love the staff at the school and the location is perfect for me but if I would do it over I would consider one of the classrooms in Neff so my child would at least eat and enjoy the food provided."

"Not impressed with actual operations based on initial visit of school and operations. Team is friendly but not confident in when they decide to follow protocols and when they don’t. Lesson plants are intermittently created and not followed. Lack of communication or delayed communication. Cameras inconsistently work which was a reason I chose this school. Safety procedures not being followed are concerning for people gaining access to the facility."
