"It was much more organized and reputable a few years ago. It’s very unfortunate that I have been thinking about switching schools for my kids when we have always loved gilden woods, but the turnover is crazy in staff now and at different times of the day there are always people I’ve never met. It would be nice if we were informed of new staff being added to the classrooms. The overall center just lacks professionalism. The teachers could really benefit from leadership training, interacting with parents and behavior management training for children. There are a handful of teachers that do have these skills and should be recognized!"

"When the lead teacher or experienced teachers are not there, things get more chaotic as they have difficulty controlling the class. This is a trend that we have noticed over the last few years, mostly in the classrooms with newer teachers. Ms Petra is great and knows how to handle the class and maintain order. Not so with some of the other teachers."
