"My girls love their teachers and they love going to school!"

"Overall, we are pleased with how our child has progressed with the school. There have been, and still are currently a few, teachers that really connected with my child, and my child is super excited to see and be taught by those teachers. Some of the new teachers coming in though don't seem to be willing to establish that same connection with the children, it's only a couple and not a remark of all the new teachers as a whole, but when we present a concern about a teacher's attitude toward the children I don't want to feel that it just went in one ear and out the other."

"Our experience has been mostly well with this school. There have been several miscommunications on when to feed our infant and when to put her down for naps. We realize there are several infants to take care of at one time so maybe this is the norm, as this is our first experience in daycare. The staff has made improvements to ensure she eats on time so it has gotten better. Overall, the staff is very friendly and willing to listen which we appreciate. We love getting activity updates throughout the day with what our daughter is doing and I love the live camera feed. I do think there needs to be a better child:caretaker ratio instead of just 4:1."

"The only thing that has been frustrating is several changes in leadership and staff turnover - I think we've been through 4-5 directors in the last few years and staffing turn over seems to be a huge issue. We have friends with children at 3 other daycares in the area and none of them have ever had to deal with the type of staffing turn over and short staffing that we've experienced. It makes me wonder if there is more going on at the school that is the problem as they seem to have real issues holding on to people."

"it is ok, it can definitely be better, communication with parents can be improved. I know staffing is an issue as constantly school is understaffed, so adding more staff member could definitely be beneficial. Having supervisor/principal/head teacher are hardly ever present at school after 5 pm"
