"This location has had some ups and downs over the last 4 years. Recently, things have improved and staffing feels more stable. I wish staff wore nametags, as there are often so many floaters and I have no idea who the person is I am speaking to a lot of days. I also wish there was more streamlined communication between the main building and back building. But overall I know my children are safe and happy and that is what is most important."

"Very impressed with the staff! Every single faculty member knows BOTH of my kids names. Everyone is very in tune with all of the kids. Always very friendly and always very happy. My kids are always so excited to go to “school.”"

"Very positive overall. Most of the teachers go out of their way to make sure the kids are having fun. Friendly staff and always greet us upon entering/exiting. No experience at other daycares, but one issue is constant rising costs. I understand the market dynamics, but Child Care is very expensive. the COVID years were rough with weekly classroom closings but I understand that was a very unique situation. Pay the teachers more. They are amazing!"

"Very good experience lately. Staffing was a huge concern for a long time but there seems to be much more stability now and more caring staff in place. It’s regrettable how much it costs. It’s not an issue with value necessarily, it’s simply a travesty to me that our government doesn’t fund early childhood development until Kindergarten."

"It’s been ok. The staff is cordial. The room closures are the hardest for us. These have been occurring for two years, it is hard to understand how this is a recurring theme, when we speak to other friends with children in childcare and they are not experiencing it."
