"In general, I have been very happy with our experience. Ms. Elizabeth in the infant room in Rockford has been exceptional and beyond what I could ever imagine in a teacher. I wish everyone was like her! She genuinely cares about the kids and is so attentive to their needs and so easy to talk to with parents. She goes above and beyond. Ms. Sammy Boss was another favorite teacher for my oldest. He enjoyed her so much and again, went beyond what I ever expected and my child loved coming! It’s hard because different classrooms we have had different experiences for different children but overall we are very happy with it. But the teachers make or break our experience and I always feel so happy when I drop them off and they are excited and not the opposite. Some rooms they have loved and others they did not enjoy as much."

We love our daughter’s primary teachers but when we pick her up, there are usually different teachers there that didn’t spend the day with her so they are unable to give me an update on how her day was. They are usually outside and no one really talks to me much when I pick her up. But the interaction with her primary teachers is great."
