“I am sorry to hear that your part was damaged by the shipper. I see that you placed the order at about 1:00PM on Monday the 17th, and that it was delivered on Wednesday the 20th. But I do not see where you contacted us indicating that the fan motor was damaged and requested a replacement. If you were unable to install the motor because it is damaged by the shipper, please contact us via email. We will send you a replacement right away and include a return label so you can send the damaged item back.”
